Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

Be the first level responder to resolve day-to-day application support issues for the investment platform

Act as a liaison between end-users and L2/L3 application specialists, ensuring smooth and effective communication through issue resolution Participate in application technical and knowledgebase documentation activities

Provide a regular written summary of issues, including recommendations on improving the support process

Provide written recommendations on improving the system and as capacity permits, write code to address simple to moderate complexity production bugs and enhancement requests

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in IT support experience

Strong knowledge of application technology

Good SQL and instrumentation analysis skills
